Welcome to the Local & Live concert series.

Local & Live was founded in 2001 and provides a platform for musicians from and around Stourbridge. This series is now in its tenth season and has developed a reputation for providing outstanding live classical music. From solo vocal and instrumental to large scale orchestras and choirs, our concerts are varied and exciting, engaging and never to be missed.

All concerts take place in St James's Church, Bridgnorth Road, Wollaston,
DY8 3PY. This year saw the arrival of a new Yamaha grand piano and along with the fine organ and beautiful acoustic, this splendid venue is the perfect aural and visual setting. The Church Council give enthusiastic support making St James's a welcoming place for performers and audience alike.

St James's Church also has ample parking and disabled facilities.

Local and Live are also affiliated to Making Music, the National Federation of Music Societies.
