There is a long tradition of fine music-making at King Edward VI College, Stourbridge. This concert presents a varied programme by a selection of their musical ensembles, from Early Music Group and Flute Trio to the lively modern sounds of the Concert Band. Other highlights include their highly regarded Chamber Choir and a performance of Cimarosa's Double Flute Concerto. The programme will feature musical ensembles directed by Iain Estell and Tom Pankhurst and performers Chris Banks, Michael Jones and Mike Smith. King Edwards music teachers past and present, will perform a short programme of duets and trios.
