This evening's concert
will be a rare collaboration between Dudley Performing Arts
and Sandwell Youth Music, two nationally-recognised Music Services
who both provide high-quality music education for the area's
young people. Both services boast a number of impressive bands
and orchestras and tonight we will be showcasing some of the
outstanding soloists and chamber groups drawn from those ensembles.
The concert will feature a wide-range of music from the renaissance
to contemporary, from brass groups to string quartets and promises
to be an entertaining celebration of the talents of these young
people.
