Hetti Price is a postgraduate student studying the cello and baroque cello at Birmingham Conservatoire with Henrik Persson. As a teenager she attended the junior department of the Royal Academy of Music, as well as many national courses including the National Children's Orchestra and Pro Corda. She was also soloist with various orchestras performing Eric Coates, Faure, Saint-Saëns and Vivaldi.

As an undergraduate Hetti was offered a full scholarship to attend the Birmingham Conservatoire. Since then she has had the opportunity to play concertos accompanied by orchestra by Elgar and Vivaldi.

Hetti has a keen interest in chamber music, playing with the 'Hepplewhite' Piano Trio: winners of the Sylvia Cleaver chamber music prize and the Derek Young Memorial Award. They are regularly asked to perform in masterclasses and concerts and this year played alongside the Schubert Ensemble in the Purcell Room.

Although offered a place to do a Masters degree at the Royal College of Music, Hetti decided to stay at Birmingham Conservatoire on baroque cello, where she has been offered the Corton Hyde Early Music Scholarship.
